We are currently seeking applications for the position of Administration Assistant for our People Support and Culture department, Working with a bunch of legends to support the employees of Allambi Care. This is a great opportunity for those wanting a steppingstone into the Human Resources world or those who love admin, this role gives a greater understanding of the background work involved in supporting staff employees and our clients. This is a diverse role, covering off on governance, licensing, recruitment, and resource allocation/rostering. You will also be involved in supporting our operational cohorts. Essential Criteria - Perform data entry ensuring accuracy and conciseness
- File and maintain client database records both digital and hard copy
- Experience in Prioritising, organising and completing set tasks given according to demanding time lines
- Experience in coordinating and liaising professionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate and achieve positive outcomes when problem solving and conflict resolving.
- Work autonomously, independently and as part of a team
- Utilise Microsoft office applications – word processing, spreadsheet, internet and emailing
- Strong and effective communication via written, technological, oral and interpersonal avenues
- Hold a minimum of Cert 3 Business Administration
Desirable - Experience in Out Of Home Care programs.
- Knowledge of Allambi Care policies and procedures
